Host Ivar heads far north to snowy Umeå to meet Tobias, a reindeer herder and member of Sweden’s indigenous Sami population. After sacrificing a reindeer, the two head back to Tobias’ house to try some reindeer meat delicacies. Afterwards, Ivar fills up on a local northern Swedish dish, palt (potato dumplings filled with ham). Finally, he heads into the woods with award-winning bartender Emil to make delicious cocktails from foraged ingredients.

Saints To Sinners
(Lyrics)
Bright eyes
The endless road
We set our sight
Let the stories unfold
Carolina
A warm summer night
One thing I know
You always made me smile
I said I wouldn’t let you down
Never make you cry
Promised you
I told the truth
Even though it became a lie
Saints to sinners
Sinners to saints
Lovers to liars
I want to go the other way
Spend your days
With what you love
Even though it can cut you and hurt you so much
Down in New Orleans
I know I did you wrong
Left you in the Quarter
Where no angel belongs
Dark and lonely there
Don’t know how I got home
I swore I loved you
But I woke up all alone
Saints to sinners
Sinners to saints
Lovers to liars
I want to go the other way
Been searching these streets
Laying low
Asking where you went but nobody knows
As the days go by
The picture fades
I hope I find you
Before it’s too late
It stood before us
Shadowed by the facts
It’s hard to believe
Some good things
Ain’t ever coming back
Saints to sinners
Sinners to saints
Lovers to liars
I want to go the other way

Another Sin is a dark, gothic meditation on desire, guilt, and corrupted faith - very much in line with a ritualistic, almost sacrilegious love story. At its core, the song blends religious imagery with intimacy and sin, turning what should be sacred (altars, saints, prayers, angels) into something twisted and deeply personal.

Your voices strained from hallelujahs
Oh the bells rang low and crooked
Like a drunkard’s last goodbye
And the angels turned their faces
From the mercy of your eyes -, our eyes!
You laid me on the altar of stone
Where the saints had come undone
And burned your name into my skin
Like a second sun
And every prayer that I ever knew
Do as I say - not as I do
So tell me where do I begin
With another sin?
Was it love or was it hunger?
That trembled in your heart?
So You kissed me like a sinner
Being introduced to death
You laid me on the altar of stone
Where the saints had come undone
And burned your name into my skin
Like a second sun
And every prayer that I ever knew
Do as I say - not as I do
So tell me where do I begin
With another sin?
Forgive me for my weakness
Forgive me for the blade
Forgive my crooked ways
Forgive Me, Forgive Me
