We make a roast dinner of dreams with just a fire on the ground. Our Big Bad BBQ boss in residence, Oscar Holgado shows us how to master open fire cooking at @willwarr's family farm! Sunday roast will never be the same.

Oscar sourced the most incredible leg of lamb from Philip Warren Butchers, in Cornwall, and slow cooked it 5 hours right by the lake. Lamb is naturally packed full of flavour, protein and vitamins and is perfect for open fire/BBQ cooking, but can also be easily used in your stir fries, salads and stews!
