We were out in Singapore for a few days filming a job for The World's 50 Best Restaurants​ and decided to stay for a couple of days to explore.

Our incredible two day trip to York, one of the UK's most beautiful and historically rich cities but we were there to check out the food scene and oh boy, does York have a lot of offer! Incredible Japanese street food, smoked meat sandwiches, craft beer, a cocktail bar with 1000 Gins, artisan Crêpes and the best scallops we've ever had, all worked to make this trip totally unforgettable.

We make a roast dinner of dreams with just a fire on the ground. Our Big Bad BBQ boss in residence, Oscar Holgado shows us how to master open fire cooking at @willwarr's family farm! Sunday roast will never be the same.

Oscar sourced the most incredible leg of lamb from Philip Warren Butchers, in Cornwall, and slow cooked it 5 hours right by the lake. Lamb is naturally packed full of flavour, protein and vitamins and is perfect for open fire/BBQ cooking, but can also be easily used in your stir fries, salads and stews!

Major shout out to our editor Jack Cantrell who took a load of footage and managed to knock this into shape!
